Tomorrows Bad Seeds (TBS) are an American reggae rock band from Hermosa Beach, California, formed in 2004. Rooted in South Bay surf and skate culture, the band blends reggae, rock, pop, hip-hop, and punk influences into a laid-back yet street-driven sound. Their name comes from a local graffiti crew, reflecting their coastal upbringing and underground roots. The band broke through with their debut album Early Prayers (2007), followed by Sacred For Sale (2010), which earned them a spot on the Warped Tour and national attention. Singles like “Nice & Slow” topped reggae charts and gained heavy rotation, while their energetic performances helped grow a loyal fanbase across the U.S. TBS continued evolving with The Great Escape (2011), expanding their songwriting and mainstream reach. In later years, the band released Illuminate (2018), showcasing a more refined and melodic direction, while staying true to their reggae-rock foundation. They’ve remained active with new singles, collaborations, and live acoustic releases like Live at Sugar Shack Sessions (2022), maintaining their reputation as a consistent and influential presence in the modern reggae-rock scene.
