Skarra Mucci (born Calvin Davis) is a Jamaican singer, MC, and reggae artist who has built a strong international career, particularly in Europe. After migrating from Kingston, Jamaica, to Europe in the 1990s, he established himself as a versatile performer known for blending reggae, dancehall, and raggamuffin styles. His energetic delivery and lyrical confidence quickly set him apart on the European reggae scene. Over the years, Skarra Mucci has released eight solo albums and collaborated with numerous artists across different countries. His 2012 album Return of the Raggamuffin was a major milestone, earning Best Reggae Album in France, and cementing his popularity there. He has worked closely with prominent French acts such as Dub Inc and L’Entourloop, including the 2019 collaborative EP Golden Nuggets. Growing up on the streets of Jamaica, Skarra Mucci has remained fiercely independent, handling his career as both an artist and entrepreneur.
