Kranium Kranium (born Kemar Donaldson) is a Jamaican reggae and dancehall singer best known for his 2013 international hit “Nobody Has To Know.” He gained recognition in the U.S., opening for artists like Gyptian, Serani, and Tarrus Riley. Kranium released his debut album Rumors (2015) under Atlantic Records, followed by Midnight Sparks (2019), and EPs Toxic (2021) and In Too Deep (2022). He continues to be a prominent figure in contemporary reggae and dancehall music.
